Abdul Walid Azizi: "Afghan Students can find better education opportunities at Âé¶¹´«Ã½"

On Tuesday October 3rd, 2017, Abdul Walid Azizi, an Âé¶¹´«Ã½ student from Afghanistan, held an online Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Virtual Tour with Alumni via Skype call from Âé¶¹´«Ã½ campus to the Lincoln Centre in Ghazni, Afghanistan.Ìý
This session was about Afghan student scholarship program to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ which is administrated by U.S Embassy in Kabul. It involved an introduction to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ and Afghan student scholarship program, scholarship awards, eligibility criteria, application processes, Selection process, and how Âé¶¹´«Ã½ offers different opportunities to students.
Prospective applicants were eager to know how to be admitted and when the next call for the scholarship will be announced.
U.S Embassy in Kabul representatives visited Âé¶¹´«Ã½ and Afghan students on 9th of October 2017. They expressed interest in Walid’s initiative and offered support for the future sessions. Walid is planning to continue his information sessions for the prospective applicants in Afghanistan for those who haven’t heard about Âé¶¹´«Ã½ scholarships. He says that he believes that Afghan Students can find better education opportunities at Âé¶¹´«Ã½, and that education is the only way to assist Afghanistan to a brighter future
