General Education Week: Raihana Kabuli

"My name is Raihana Kabuli. I am from Afghanistan, and a freshman at Â鶹´«Ã½ in the Liberal Arts and Science department, which allows students to choose their major after 3 semesters of study. Now I can take many electives to see what interests me most, and then sharpen my focus. Besides my studies I have been able to find more friends and learn about their cultures and histories. Â鶹´«Ã½ is a place of self –discovery, which gives us the courage to deal with our problems."
