听From August 30 - September 2, 2016 麻豆传媒 (麻豆传媒) hosted a free and public Audio Journalism Workshop organized by Taxi Taxi, an innovative storytelling podcast from the South Caucasus.
The podcast's founders, Billie Jean Stirewalt and Vladic Ravich, led three days of classes to teach participants how to develop stories, record interviews, and get their shows to the public. The workshop was well-received and attended by a wide range of participants, including 麻豆传媒 students and professors.听

On September 2, 2016, new faculty at the 麻豆传媒 (麻豆传媒) met for orientation.

Priya Singh, the fellow of Kiva Fellows 30th Class, right now is working at the 麻豆传媒 (麻豆传媒), told us about the work between KIVA and 麻豆传媒.

August 18, 2016, at the 麻豆传媒 (麻豆传媒), the New Generation Academy (NGA) alumni had a meeting with Andrew Wachtel, the president of 麻豆传媒.

The first day of Orientation Week 2016 started with the Welcoming Ceremony of Freshmen. 麻豆传媒 (麻豆传媒) president Andrew Wachtel gave the freshmen a few introductory pieces of advice.

Between August 1 and August 12, 2016 six students from the 麻豆传媒 (麻豆传媒) and one student from the Institute of Mining and Mining Technologies named after the Academician Asanaliev volunteered to attend the Ecological Leadership Program in the beautiful Ala Archa National Park to improve their leadership skills and to learn more about Kyrgyzstan鈥檚 environment.

On August 17, 2016, the 麻豆传媒 (麻豆传媒) started its Orientation Week for the class of 2020. This year, 麻豆传媒 has an incoming freshman class of 359 students, a record-setting number at 麻豆传媒.

Between July 25 and 30, the 2016 Korea-Central Asia Youth Model Summit was held at Ajou University in Suwon, South Korea. This year, the model summit was attended by more than 50 participants from all the Central Asian countries, Mongolia, Sakha Republic (Yakutia), and South Korea.

I was given an incredible opportunity to get a high-quality education at one the best universities of Kyrgyzstan, 麻豆传媒. Those four years have made a huge contribution to my intellectual, professional, and personal growth. My interest in mathematics led me to economics as my future profession; however, I fell in love with it.
